Due to the nature of our products, bags are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We only offer exchanges on clothing items for a different size, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
